Thank you for using GoMoney (hereinafter referred to as "App" or "this application") provided by CROWN TECK NIG LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "us"). We attach great importance to your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is intended to explain to you how we collect, use, store, protect and disclose your personal information in the process of providing services. Please read this Agreement carefully before using GoMoney to ensure that you fully understand your rights and our responsibilities.
1. Core Principles of the Agreement:
Legal and Compliance: Strictly follow the Nigerian Data Protection Act (2024) and the Consumer Protection Framework of the Central Bank of Nigeria to ensure that data processing activities comply with legal requirements.
Minimum Necessary: Only collect information necessary to implement loan services and avoid excessive rights. For example, when a user refuses to provide location permissions, the core functions can still be used normally.
Transparent and Controllable: Highlight sensitive information processing terms by bolding, underlining, etc., and provide a local Nigerian language version for users to choose.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information:
Personal information permissions:
During your registration, loan application and use of related services, we will collect your name, ID number, contact information, bank card information, occupation information, income and other personal information for identity verification to confirm the authenticity of your identity; evaluate your repayment ability and credit status in order to provide you with a suitable loan amount and interest rate. Your information will be encrypted and sent to our server (https://wwj.croteckltd.com) using the HTTPS protocol. We promise not to share this information with third parties without your consent.
Location information:
After obtaining your permission, we will collect the approximate location information of your current borrowing device, including the device's GPS, longitude, latitude, and other location-related information; the purpose of collection is to obtain the user's actual location information, combine local financial policies to push suitable loan products, and identify the account's common login location to prevent malicious remote logins and ensure the security of their accounts. Your information will be encrypted and sent to our server (https://wwj.croteckltd.com) using the HTTPS protocol. We promise not to share this information with third parties without your consent.
Installed applications:
We will access the list of applications you have actively installed on your current device. We will use this data to ensure that there are no non-Google trusted applications or virus applications installed on your phone. These high-risk applications may affect the security of your funds. Your information will be encrypted and sent to our server (https://wwj.croteckltd.com) using the HTTPS protocol. We promise not to share this information with third parties without your consent.
Emergency contact information:
During the use of the service, you need to select a contact in the address book or manually fill in the emergency contact information. Provide the name, contact information, and relationship information of the emergency contact to verify your credit and help you complete the loan application process. We will strictly protect your emergency contact information and use this information only in accordance with laws, regulations and loan agreements. Your information will be encrypted and sent to our server (https://wwj.croteckltd.com) using the HTTPS protocol. We promise not to share this information with third parties without your consent.
Collecting device information
Accessing device information is to ensure the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access or fraud. This includes verifying the identity of your device and identifying any threatening behavior that may endanger the security of your account. We will collect some information about your device, such as device information (including operating system, device model, IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address and other important device information). Your information will be encrypted and sent to our server (https://wwj.croteckltd.com) using the HTTPS protocol. We promise not to share this information with third parties without your consent.
3. Purpose of information use

Analyze whether the same person (or organization) is involved in the loan fraud based on the information obtained, and conduct targeted loan fraud

Analyze the high demand for loans from users in different regions, and launch corresponding exclusive loan periods and interest rates.
4. Information Security
Security measures: We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, tampering or destruction. These measures include but are not limited to data encryption, access control, firewall settings, regular data backup, security audits, etc. For example, we encrypt the storage and transmission of your sensitive personal information (such as ID number, bank card information) to ensure security during data transmission and storage; by setting strict access rights, only authorized personnel are allowed to access and process your personal information.
Security training: We conduct information security training for employees to improve their information security awareness and data protection capabilities, and ensure that employees comply with this privacy agreement and relevant laws and regulations when processing your personal information. Employees will receive training on information security policies, data protection regulations and best practices when they join the company and in regular training to ensure that they understand how to properly handle and protect users' personal information.
Security incident response: If a personal information security incident occurs, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, take measures to reduce the impact of the security incident, and promptly notify you and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. For example, upon discovering a data breach, we will promptly investigate the cause of the breach, take measures to prevent further breaches, and promptly notify affected users of the risks they may face and the remedial measures we have taken. At the same time, we will report security incidents to the Nigerian Data Protection Commission in accordance with the requirements of Nigerian data protection laws.
5.Your rights
Access, correct and update your personal information: You can query and modify the personal information you provide, such as name, contact information, residential address, etc., through the relevant functional modules such as "Personal Information Management" or "Settings" in this application. The query operation will be displayed in real time, and the modification operation will usually take effect immediately after your successful submission, but some information may be temporarily delayed due to system synchronization and other reasons.
Obtain a copy of your personal information: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information in this application. You can contact our customer service team and apply for a copy of your personal information in accordance with the guidelines and procedures we provide.
Right to delete: In compliance with laws and regulations, you have the right to request us to delete your personal information. For example, when the purpose of our processing of your personal information has been achieved, cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary, or you have withdrawn your consent for us to process your personal information and we have no other legal basis to continue to process your personal information, you can make a deletion request to us. You can also delete your personal information through the "Cancel Account" function in the APP and the official website. After you cancel your account, all your personal information will be deleted anonymously on the second working day.
Change your authorization scope or withdraw your authorization: You can choose to close some or all device permissions, such as camera, photo album, location access permissions, etc. in the "Settings - Privacy Settings" of this application or the system permission management of the device at any time to refuse us to collect your corresponding personal information. You can also withdraw your authorization for us to process certain personal information through specific operation paths (such as finding relevant options on the privacy policy page in the application). However, please note that withdrawing authorization may affect your continued use of some functions of this application.
Cancel account of personal information subject: If you need to cancel your account, you can submit a cancellation application through the "Settings - Account Management - Account Cancellation" function of this application. Before you cancel your account, please make sure that you have settled all loan payments and have no unprocessed business matters. After receiving your cancellation application and verifying the relevant information, we will cancel your account in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize your personal information.
6. Protection of Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. The GoMoney application does not provide services to minors, and we will not intentionally collect minors' personal information. If we find that we have collected minors' personal information, we will delete the information immediately. If you are the guardian of a minor and find that the minor has used the GoMoney application without your consent and provided us with personal information, please contact us in time and we will take measures to protect the minor's personal information security.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We may change this Privacy Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations, business development needs or other reasonable reasons. The changed Privacy Agreement will be published in the GoMoney application and will take effect a certain period of time after publication. If the change involves a major change in the way your personal information is handled, we will notify you through in-app notifications, text messages, emails, etc. If you continue to use the GoMoney application after the change in the Privacy Agreement takes effect, it means that you accept the changed Privacy Agreement.
